Pastors Debbie and Mike Masters serve the church body as Senior Pastors with a commitment to lead this generation to honor God and serve others. The Masters planted and have pastored the Northwest Foursquare Church in St. Louis, Missouri, since 1989. |
Debbie Masters has a passion for ministry and a drive for seeing lives changed for Christ through generations that come together to accomplish what they could never do alone. As Co-Pastor, Debbie is largely responsible for the day-to-day workings of church ministries, and equipping the saints as part of the Sunday service preaching rotation.
Mike Masters has a strong desire to see communities reached for Christ. It is with this motivation that Mike is energized to lead multiple outreach and church planting initiatives for the church. While Mike spends a great deal of time as Co-Pastor with his wife Debbie, he also serves as Foursquare District Manager for the Missouri District.
Prior to joining with Foursquare, Mike directed a Teen Challenge-type ministry and was regional manager/director for the Christian Broadcasting Network from 1985-2001. Mike has served the state of Missouri as district supervisor since 2002 and relies on the wonderful divisional superintendents that love and serve our churches so well.
Mike serves on the National Church Multiplication Team and is the national lead assessment trainer. He desires to create a culture that loves and supports pastors and plants healthy churches.
Mike is a native of St. Louis and with his wife, Debbie, has had great influence in the city and throughout the entire state of Missouri. And, rumor has it that both share a weakness for Italian food.

Pastor Ben & Petrea Lamb
Associate Ministers
Recognized for their passionate love for God, and heart to reach people, Pastor Ben and Petrea Lamb utilize their gifts to creatively present God's word. Whether it be through dance, drama, mime, or music the Lambs have a unique way of combining entertainment with the Word.

Pastor Ben Lamb was born in Iowa, and according to him there's not much to do there but worship God. Fortunately for Pastor Ben, worshiping the Lord is something he enjoys very much. He is committed to serving others and helping people, young and old, achieve their created purpose in Christ.
Even as a young adult, Pastor Ben longed to see God reach people in a fresh and contemporary way. He was blessed to witness firsthand the power of the Holy Spirit to touch lives as a part of Arts Alive; a traveling outreach that ministered both nationally and internationally through mime, juggling, dance, and drama. Soon Pastor Ben began to lead Church Alive's youth group and in 2005, assumed the position of Senior Pastor.
He and his wife, Petrea, have been married since 1994, and have four girls who can be described as "very girly". In addition to worshiping the Lord, the Lamb family loves to visit the California beaches near Petrea's hometown.

Demond & Amanda Robinson
Associate Ministers

Prior to joining the our staff, Demond spent nearly 10 years working as a professional graphic designer, art director and design manager in several internet, and traditional, marketing agencies. Today, Demond serves as Creative Communications Director, putting his gift for visual and verbal communications to work in support of various church ministries, news, and events. |
Demond is also a talented musician and worship leader, and is largely responsible for bringing these varied forms of communications together in glorifying our Lord Jesus Christ during service times.
Born in Kansas City, Missouri, Demond began serving in the ministry volunteering at the church he attended from birth, Evangelistic Center Church. As a young adult and throughout college, he worked leading youth worship services and camps. After graduating from the University of Kansas, he spent several years teaching Sunday School and leading youth and adult worship services. In 2006, Demond answered the call to full-time ministry and moved his family to St. Louis.
Demond and his wife, Amanda, were married in 1998, and together have two children, a boy and a girl. Demond is a Kansas City sports fan tried and true, and can be found wildly cheering for the Chiefs and Royals regardless of the return on his emotional investment.

Michael Masters
Administrator
Michael, also known as "Mike", keeps the Church facilities running as the church administrator. When there's a problem, it's normally a good idea to give Michael a call.

More than a problem solver, Michael is also a talented worship leader and guitar player. In fact, he spent several years pulling double duty as music minister and church administer.
Michael and his wife have one child and enjoy skiing.

Amy Bowlin
Office Manager

Amy and her husband, Pat, are originally from St. Louis, Missouri, and have lived in the St. Louis area their entire lives. Through the years, the Bowlin family has ministered in numerous roles--serving as ushers, teachers, and singers with the worship team. |

As a member of the our staff, Amy is responsible for financial accounting and business administration needs. Her position involves bill paying, handling incoming donations, business correspondence, and garnering information for the weekly bulletin. And, if you decide to give the church offices a call, you will be greeted by Amy's friendly voice.
Amy and Pat were married in 1980, and have four children and one grandchild. Additionally, it has been confirmed by family members that their dog Maddie is "the laziest dog on the face of the earth", and will respond to "Fattie" just the same.
